Refund policy
Charmed Clothing Company has a 14 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will not be accepted past 14 days.
Returns can be made in store at 7395 Alder St E Webster, WI 54893 or via mail. To start a return by shipping, please contact us at katie@charmedclothing.com first. If your return is accepted, you will be given instructions on how and where to send your package. All return costs are subject to the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Charmed Clothing Company is not responsible for any return shipping charges.

Damages and Issues
For items that have been shipped, please inspect your order upon reception and contact Charmed within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like under garments, swimwear, makeup or skincare products, etc.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to limited quantities to ensure uniqueness, an item may not be available for exchange. Please check the website's inventory and/or contact Charmed at katie@charmedclothing.com if size/item is available to make your exchange. Charmed Clothing Company is not responsible for return shipping charges on exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
